- Minimum stay 7 nights
- Reservation confirmed only on receipt of 50% deposit.
- Payment is to be made via direct deposit to our Australian bank account.
- Balance payable four weeks before arrival.
- Security deposit of AUD 1,000.00, refundable within 5 days. Conditions of the contract will apply.
- Check-in time 3.00- 7pm onwards; Check-out time before 11.00am.
- Rate includes Electricity, Heating, Telephone to specific countries’ landlines, WiFi, Internet TV, and Cleaning.
- No hidden extras.
- The apartment is not suitable for children.
- No pets allowed, to avoid client allergies.
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking (any breach of this may lead to additional costs to deodorize the premises)
